How does personal benefits work with IKEA Family?
You collect points both online and in our stores, and then use those points to unlock a benefit of your choice.
If you shop online, the points will appear in your IKEA Family account only after you’ve received your delivery.
Also, if you choose to pay with Klarna, the invoice must be paid in full before the points show up in your IKEA Family account.

You can also earn points by, for example, creating and saving a wishlist, logging into your IKEA Family account, or participating in an IKEA Family event.
