How do I use rewards from personal rewards with IKEA Family?

You use the available rewards by redeeming your points on your IKEA Family profile, and in exchange, you receive a voucher code. You enter this code at your purchase before paying, whether you are shopping on IKEA.se, in the IKEA App, in our stores, or through our customer service representatives. However, restaurant rewards can only be used in the store's restaurant.

Start by making sure you are logged into your IKEA Family profile if you are shopping on IKEA.se or in the app. Then, select the reward you want to use and, in exchange for the points, you will receive a voucher code that you can use at checkout before paying.
If you are shopping with the help of our customer service representatives, provide the voucher code to the representative when placing your order.
In our stores and restaurants, identify yourself as an IKEA Family member and scan the QR code you received in exchange for your points at the checkout. You can use restaurant rewards in the restaurant at all our stores, but note that it cannot be used in the bistro.
You can apply one benefit per purchase via IKEA.se or the IKEA App. Through a sales representative on the phone or in-store, it's possible to use multiple benefits as long as they belong to different categories.
Remember that a reward cannot be used for the purchase of gift cards, and the benefit for service services only applies to the services referred to in the benefit information.
