Why do I need a dishwasher shut-off valve?
You need to be able to turn off the water supply to the dishwasher when it’s not in use, to reduce the risk of leaks and water damage in your kitchen. Without a dishwasher shut-off valve, your insurance company may deny compensation in the event of water damage.
