How does a company authorization work?
In the store, as an IKEA Business Invoice customer, you can pay using your company card or with a company authorization that includes the card number. A valid Swedish ID must always be presented at checkout when making a purchase with a Business Invoice or company authorization.
To shop in our stores, you must either present a card linked to your Business Invoice account or a company authorization that includes the 10-digit card number, along with valid Swedish identification. You can find the required details for a company authorization in our authorization form.
If you need to take the company authorization back with you, it is your responsibility as the customer to ensure that you have a copy of the form.
