Where can I buy spare parts for Appliances?
All our appliances are sold with a warranty. During the warranty period, repairs and spare parts covered by the warranty are provided through our authorized service workshops. If you need to replace a part that is not covered by warranty, or if your warranty period is over, IKEA has a partnership with a third-party supplier called ASCI. You can buy spare parts from ASCI, read more in the text below or contact us at IKEA for help on how to place your order.
- If you need to order an out-of-warranty spare part, you can visit our spare parts page and order white goods spare parts through our third-party supplier ASCI. Please note that ASCI sells spare parts for appliances purchased within the last 10 years. See ASCI's terms of purchase and delivery here.
- To get spare parts for your appliance when the spare part is under warranty, please contact IKEA customer service here.
