The person in our company who took care of our IKEA accounts has quit, how do we access our accounts?
By contacting us at IKEA we can help you update the information on your accounts to the company's next contact person.
To update information on IKEA Business Network, contact the Business Department either though your nearest store or by phone 0775 - 700 700. To update information regarding your Företagsfaktura account, such as credit, contact details or billing adress, email faktura.se@ikea.com.
Please not that Företagsfaktura and Ikea Business Network are independent of each other.

You can easily find the customer and card number on the invoice. The authorized signatory or the finance department at your company, depending on who is responsible for your company's account, should also be able to help you find the company's customer and card number.
