How can I find my purchase history and receipts?

As a member of IKEA Family or IKEA Business Network, you can easily access your digital receipts by logging in to your IKEA account and going to your Purchase history.

Find your receipts
If you're an IKEA Family member, you can easily find your digital receipts online. Log in to your IKEA account on IKEA.se and navigate to your Purchase history. Here you can see details of a specific purchase and access your receipt, which you can print if needed.
Important information: If your IKEA Family account was not registered at the time of purchase, we’re unable to provide the receipt for that transaction.
To get a copy of your invoice
If you need to have an invoice resent, you must contact the person who is listed as the sender of the invoice. On the invoice, you can see if it is from Klarna or Ikano Bank.
An invoice from Klarna is usually sent to the email address you provided at the time of purchase, and you can always see your invoice by logging in to Klarna.se or in Klarna's app.
The invoice from Ikano Bank arrives about a month after you receive your delivery. If you received the delivery at the beginning of the month, it can take up to two months before the invoice arrives, as Ikano Bank has its cut-off point then.
