Why is my payment not accepted?

There can be various reasons why your payment is not processed or accepted. Start by ensuring that the card details you have provided are correct, that there is sufficient coverage in the account, that the card is open for internet purchases, and that the card does not have a maximum limit for internet purchases.

Your card payment may not be approved, for example, if the card details provided are incorrect, there is insufficient coverage in the account to which the card is linked, the card is closed for internet purchases, or the card has a maximum limit for internet purchases, which you may need to change through your bank.

Before trying again, you can also try clearing cookies from your computer or attempting to make the purchase with another browser or another device, such as a mobile phone or tablet.
