Can I get a more specific time range for my delivery?
When you booked your delivery, you chose a time slot for when your items will be delivered. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide an exact time within this interval because our carrier may have multiple stops along the way and some deliveries may take varying amounts of time. However, don't worry, the carrier will notify you before they arrive at your location.
It is not possible to get a more specific time within your planned time slot. The carrier will notify you before the delivery. Please note that the carrier may notify you via a call, SMS, or a tracking link.
If your delivery is with Bring or Widriksson, you will receive an SMS with a tracking link when the delivery is on its way. You can then follow the delivery in real-time and see approximately how long it will take before the driver reaches you.
