Can I change the delivery date of my order?

You can change the delivery date of your order here on our website. Expand this answer to go to the page where you can change the delivery date. You can only change the delivery date to a later date.

Go to Track and manage my order to change your delivery date. If you cannot reschedule your delivery, it means the order is already on its way. If you cannot change the delivery date yourself, our store employees or customer service usually cannot do it either, but feel free to contact us if it is urgent.

Please note that postal packages have preliminary dates and cannot be rescheduled by IKEA.
