We offer a wide range of mattresses in different firmnesses, but in our range we do not currently have mattresses in extra firm. If you have bought one before, you can recognize it by the black rectangle on the label.
Can I tell from my mattress whether it’s medium firm or firm?
There is a label on the mattress where you can see what firmness the mattress has. If there are stripes on the label, it means that the mattress is firm, and if there are waves on the label, it means that the mattress is medium firm.
On our box spring bases, there is a sewn-in label with the IKEA name, and on the back of it you can see the firmness. Please note that if you have a pocket spring mattress base with a pocket spring core, you need to remove the cover to find the label.
