The front cover for my picture frame is scratched, what do I do?

The front cover of our picture frames is always covered with protective film on both the front and back. If the surface looks scratched, it is usually because the protective film is still in place.

If the front cover of your picture frame looks scratched, it could be that the protective film is still on the product. All our frames come with protective film on both the front and back to prevent scratches during transport and handling. Therefore, remove both films to check if the front cover is really damaged.
If the scratches are only visible after the protective films have been removed, or if the protection is defective from the start, you are welcome to visit Customer Service in your IKEA store or customer service, and we will help you further.
