Reservation and Cancellation Conditions

• Orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance.
• Orders can be placed online or in-store.
• Orders must be paid in advance for confirmation and a receipt will be sent to customers by email/SMS when placing an order online. Customer/s must present the confirmation of order/receipt upon arrival at the IKEA Restaurant.
• In-store bookings must be paid in advance at IKEA restaurant and a printed receipt will be issued to customer/s. Customer/s must present the receipt upon arrival at the IKEA Restaurant.
• Customers must advise IKEA of any allergy requirements at the time that the order is placed.
• Al-Futtaim IKEA is not responsible for any food allergies or dietary issues not communicated at the time of booking.
• Customers when placing their order (whether in-store or online) must choose their preferred pick-up time at the time of placing the order.
• Customers when placing their order online must also choose their preferred store for collection.
• Customers will be required to provide their name, mobile number and/or email address to complete the order.
• Cancellations and/or changes made more than 24 hours prior to the date of reservation shall be made and refunded accordingly via the same method of payment. Cancellations and/or changes made in less than 24 hours in advance of the reservation date will not be made nor refunded. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• Reservations may not be transferred between IKEA stores.
• This Offer cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other discounts including but not limited to Al Futtaim Employee discount, any other promotion, special discounts and/or special agreements.
• Al-Futtaim IKEA reserves the right to cancel the Offer in case of unforeseen circumstances, providing a full refund of any payments made.
• The collection date of the Offer cannot be changed once it is confirmed.
• In the event that the Offer is not collected at the confirmed location, date and time, no refund will be provided, nor will the Offer (whole roast turkey with roasting tin) be provided. The Offer must only be collected at the confirmed date and time.

General Terms and Conditions 

• Customers will be requested to provide their personal data, phone number and/or email address. Al-Futtaim IKEA will be the data controller for such personal data and will use it for the purposes of administering this promotion and to contact participants.
• Al-Futtaim IKEA processes the personal data based on a legitimate interest as described herein. By entering this Offer and providing your personal data to us, each participant confirms that they have understood that their personal data will be processed for the purposes described above.
• The Offer is made available by Al-Futtaim IKEA, who reserves the right to change the terms & conditions of the Offer at any time or to contract with a third party to administer this Offer. Any amendment to the terms and conditions shall be deemed to be in force with immediate effect.
• Al-Futtaim IKEA will not be liable for any loss arising from the postponement, cancellation, delay or changes to the Offer beyond its control or for any act or default of any third-party supplier.
• We reserve the right to revoke the Offer if we suspect fraud, unlawful activity or improper use. You agree that you will not use a revoked purchase receipt.

Al-Futtaim IKEA shall not be held responsible for any misuse of the Offer, and you agree to indemnify any claims whatsoever with regards to the use of the Offer.

By entering this Offer, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
