What is IKEA Returns policy for a Custom Benchtop?
If you wish to cancel your order of a custom stone benchtop, it is best to do so before fabrication begins to avoid any non-refundable fees.
If you choose not to cancel the service or your order does not proceed to the installation of your custom benchtop, then the check and measure service fee will not be refunded.
Once fabrication begins, IKEA is unfortunately unable to assist with any questions regarding refunds, as the benchtop has been bought directly from The Stone Collective. For any questions or concerns about refunds, please reach out directly to The Stone Collective, as they will be able to assist you further.
