How can I check my card balance?
You can check your IKEA Gift card or Refund card balance in the IKEA app or on our website.
Log in to your IKEA Family or Business profile and head to our website and enter the redemption code off digital cards, or the card number and PIN off physical cards to check the remaining balance and expiry date.
In the IKEA app, you can also save digital cards and get live balance updates. This feature is not available for physical cards.
