Can I add or remove items to my Click and Collect order?
Once your order has already been placed, please get in touch with us to make modifications.
- If you'd like to purchase any additional items, this can be done in-store when you come to collect.
- To remove an item, collect your order and visit the nearby Exchanges & Returns counter to process a return.
- If placing a new order is preferred, you can cancel your order via our Track and Manage tool or contact us for a full refund. You can then re-order online with the items you need.
