Can I add or remove items to my Click and Collect order?

Once your order has already been placed, please get in touch with us to make modifications.

While we’re unable to modify items once the order has been placed, we’re here to help with a few alternative options.
  • If you'd like to purchase any additional items, this can be done in-store when you come to collect.
  • To remove an item, collect your order and visit the nearby Exchanges & Returns counter to process a return.
  • If placing a new order is preferred, you can cancel your order via our Track and Manage tool or contact us for a full refund. You can then re-order online with the items you need.
