Can I have an item set aside for me in store?

At this time, we're unable to set aside or hold items for customers. Please check stock on our website or place a Click and Collect order.

While we're unable to arrange for items to be set aside for you, it is possible to book in a *Click and Collect order to arrange for our team in store to pick the items you have ordered for collection at the counter. 
Our Click and Collect service charges a $5 fee from our store, which is free if you are an IKEA Family Member! Simply add your items to your bag and checkout, selecting the Collection option near you.
If the item is not in stock, you may need to wait for stock to return so that you can organise a click and collect for the item to be secured.  
Please keep in mind that some of our items are not available for Click and Collect. 
*If you can see that the item is available online and cannot book for, click and collect, this means the items stock is too low and will not be bookable for this service.
