Can I arrange for my Click and Collect order to be delivered?
While we can't switch your order to delivery, our in-store team can assist with delivery options when you come to collect.
We're unable to convert your Click and Collect order into a delivery order.
If your items are too large to take home, you can purchase our delivery service when you arrive in store. Simply bring your order to the Home Delivery counter and our team will be happy to assist.
Alternatively, you’re welcome to cancel your order with our Track and Manage tool for a full refund and place a new delivery order online. If you choose this option, we recommend checking the available delivery dates first to ensure they meet your needs.
