Can I arrange for someone else to pick up my Click and Collect order?
Yes, it's easy to arrange for someone else to collect your order if you're unable to. The collector will need to be nominated for pick up on your order and have valid proof of ID when they arrive!
If you'd like someone else to collect your order, you can nominate an alternate collector during checkout by entering their name and contact number along with your personal details. If you missed this step, please contact us to add their information before your scheduled pickup.
Keep in mind, the alternate collector must be officially nominated on the order and present valid photo ID (such as a driver's licence) when collecting.
