With Click & Collect, you place your order online and then pick up your items at a designated Collection Point. This delivery option is ideal if you’re flexible with self‑collection, want to avoid home delivery fees, or if you’d like to pick up your order at your convenience. This may be particularly useful if you are close to a designated Collection Point or if a secure delivery to your home is not feasible in your area.
Cost considerations: For IKEA Family members, pricing starts at $29 in Auckland and $49 outside of Auckland. Non-members pay from $39 in Auckland and $59 in non-metro areas Check pricing details at checkout for the exact fee.
Timing and scheduling factors: Click & Collect orders for a Collection Point generally have options for same-day collection or collection within a few days of purchase. You select a specific collection time slot during checkout.
Item size and type restrictions: When placing a Click & Collect order for a Collection Point, you’ll be able to choose a specific collection time window during checkout. Collection slots are typically available 3 to 5 days in advance, giving you flexibility to plan ahead. You can find out what options are available for any given product on the Product Page or when checking out.
Location/distance factors: Best if you live near a designated Collection Point, to check whether a Collection Point is near you visit ‘Find an IKEA Location’ on our website. If your delivery address is not served due to stock from warehouses or store limitations, you may be offered a Click & Collect alternative.
Customer effort required: Medium – Your chosen Collection Point will prepare your order for you. You will be responsible for travelling to the collection point and loading your items into your vehicle.
