What do I do if I have a damaged Kitchen product?

If an item from your Kitchen has been damaged, contact our customer support team for assistance.

You may visit in store with your affected Kitchen product and receipt or order confirmation to have this issue resolved at our Exchanges and Returns counter.
If you are not able to come into store, please contact our support team for assistance. Have you receipt or order number ready, as well as the name or article number of the product, and any photos of affected article for reference.
