Where can I find my order confirmation?

The order confirmation is automatically sent to the email address provided in the contact details for the order. If you have not received the order confirmation, you can check if it has ended up in the spam/junk filter or similar.

You should also have easy access to your order confirmation if you have an IKEA or IKEA Family profile. Log in and go to “My purchases”. Still need help? Contact us, and we will assist you.
