Where can I find my order confirmation?
The order confirmation is automatically sent to the email address provided in the contact details for the order. If you have not received the order confirmation, you can check if it has ended up in the spam/junk filter or similar.
To pick up your order, you need to have the order confirmation ready. Show it either on your mobile phone or as a printout when you are at the store or one of our pickup points. If you are purchasing larger products, it might be wise to consider bringing help, as we unfortunately cannot assist with carrying items to your car.
To use this service, add your desired items to your cart, choose 'Home Delivery' at checkout and select the 'To the Door Delivery' option. Provide accurate delivery details and confirm your order. You'll receive a confirmation email and SMS with delivery details, and on delivery day, ensure clear access and that someone over 18 is present. If you notice any issues (such as missing or damaged items), inform the driver on site and contact IKEA customer support.
