How do I change or cancel a planning session?
Once you've booked a planning session with us, you'll receive a confirmation email. In that email, you'll find a link to "Change appointment".
Click the link to access the "Track and manage my order" page, where you can easily change or cancel your planning session yourself.
Changing or cancelling your planning session will not affect any other orders you may have with us.
