How do I track my order?
You can track your order using the link in the order confirmation or “Track and manage order”. How you can follow your order depends on whether it is sent as a parcel or business parcel delivery, delivered by truck or collected from a pick-up point.
Track your order with IKEA
You can track your order using the link in the order confirmation email.
You can also use “Track and manage order”:
- Go to “Track and manage order”.
- Enter the order number and the email address or phone number you used when placing the order.
- Select “Search for order”.
In “Track and manage order”, you can see whether your items have been dispatched and are on their way.
Parcel and business parcel delivery
The Posten app and Posten’s tracking service give you more detailed information about where your parcel or business parcel delivery is.
Tracking for parcel deliveries shows an estimated delivery date. If your parcel is being delivered to a post office or parcel locker, you will be notified when it is ready for collection.
If your parcel is being delivered to the door, you will receive a tracking link by SMS on the day of delivery.
Truck delivery
Most customers receive a tracking link by SMS when the carrier has loaded the items onto the truck. You can use the link to follow the truck and see how far it has travelled.
You will receive another SMS when you are the next stop. Keep an eye on the tracking link until the truck arrives. The delivery time is an estimate and may change during the day. Traffic may cause the truck to arrive later. If there is less traffic than expected or earlier deliveries take less time, the truck may arrive sooner.
Some carriers do not send a tracking link by SMS. In these cases, the driver will call you approximately 30 minutes before delivery.
Collecting your order
You cannot track an order that will be collected from an IKEA store or a pick-up locker. You will be notified when the order is ready for collection.
If you selected “Click & Collect near you”, you will receive an SMS when the order is on its way and will soon be ready for collection.
You also cannot track a larger order that will be collected from a Bring pick-up point. You will receive an SMS when the order has arrived. Collect the order on the date you selected when placing the order.
