Where can I find my order number?
There are several ways to find your order number, depending on how you shopped with us. Check your email confirmation (remember to look in the “junk” or “spam” folder), look in your purchase history, or take a look at the invoice.
Here’s how to find your order number:
- Email confirmation: Check the email you received after the purchase. If you can’t find it, it might be worth checking if it’s in the “junk” or “spam” folder.
- Invoice: You can find your order number on your invoice.
- Purchase history on IKEA.no: Log in to your profile and look in your purchase history if you were logged in when you placed the order.
The order confirmation is automatically sent to the email address provided in the contact details for the order. If you have not received the order confirmation, you can check if it has ended up in the spam/junk filter or similar.
