When can I pick up my order at a pick-up terminal?

In your order confirmation, you have been given a date and a time interval for picking up your order. If it should not be suitable to pick up on this date or during this time, you can contact us no later than 2 days before the pick-up date for a fee-free change.

Bring's pick-up terminals are very large, which means that you have to set up a specific date and time interval for pick-up. Unlike a post office, most of the orders that come here are very large and it requires extra planning to get all the goods out.
The goods are normally moved from a large warehouse to the warehouse where things can be picked up a few hours before the pick-up time, which is why you should pick up your order at the date and interval stated on the order confirmation.
