When can I pick up my order at a pick-up terminal?

Order items for at least 99,- and select "Collect at pick-up point" at checkout. The parcel will be delivered to your chosen pick-up location: post office, postal service point in a store, or parcel locker. You can usually pick up your parcel within 1–10 business days.

We offer home delivery with or without indoor service, express delivery in the local area, and postal parcels delivered to your door. You can also pick up your order at one of our stores, at an external pick-up point, or via Posten.

Select your preferred date and time when ordering, and we'll pack and send your items to your chosen pick-up point. This service is perfect for larger orders that can't be sent as a postal package. Remember to bring help if you've ordered heavy or bulky items.

Choose Collect at a Bring pick-up point when you want flexible collection near you, at a lower price than home delivery. You choose the date and pickup time yourself, and can collect larger orders that do not fit as parcel post.

The time may vary, but in most cases you can pick it up after 1–2 days. You choose a pickup time when you order and will receive an SMS when your order is ready for collection.
