Why choose parcel delivery to pick-up point?

We offer home delivery with or without indoor service, express delivery in the local area, and postal parcels delivered to your door. You can also pick up your order at one of our stores, at an external pick-up point, or via Posten.

Order items for at least 99,- and select "Collect at pick-up point" at checkout. The parcel will be delivered to your chosen pick-up location: post office, postal service point in a store, or parcel locker. You can usually pick up your parcel within 1–10 business days.

Order online and select "Business delivery" when you shop for at least 99,-. Posten delivers the parcel to your business during daytime. You get an SMS with tracking information. You can choose contactless delivery if you prefer.

With the “Click and Collect near you” service, we drive to a pickup point where you can collect your items within 1 hour. After this, the van continues its route. Orders sent to a “Bring pickup point” give you a longer time window for collection.

To choose the best delivery option, consider the size and type of your order: Parcel Delivery for smaller items, and Home Delivery for larger or bulky items. If you prefer picking up your items, Click & Collect offers flexibility. For home deliveries, check available timeslots, lead times, and costs based on your postcode and order details.

With Click & Collect near you, you don't need to go to the store. We pick your items and deliver them to a pick-up point nearby. You choose when to collect and meet the delivery van at your chosen pick-up point.
