How does parcel delivery to a post office or parcel locker work?
When you place an order, you can select “Collect at pick-up point” if this delivery option is available for your items and postal code. Choose an available pick-up point and collection date. Posten keeps you updated and notifies you when your parcel is ready for collection.
Order parcel delivery to a pick-up point
- Add the items to your shopping bag and select “Continue to checkout”.
- Log in if you are an IKEA Family member to get the member price.
- Enter your postal code under “Delivery or pick-up”.
- Select “Show delivery options”.
- Select “Collect at pick-up point” if this option is available.
- Choose an available pick-up point.
- Choose an available collection date.
- Complete your order.
The minimum order value is 199,–. The price depends on the weight of the parcel and is shown with the delivery option.
Choose a pick-up point
After entering your postal code, you will see the available pick-up points nearby. You can check the address, distance and opening hours before choosing.
You can have your parcel delivered to a post office, Post in Store location or parcel locker.
Collect your parcel
The collection date you choose is preliminary and may change. Posten keeps you updated and notifies you when your parcel is ready for collection.
Collect the parcel from the pick-up point you selected when placing your order. If you selected a parcel locker, you must collect the parcel within four days. You can find the collection deadline in the notification from Posten.
