Can I change the contact information on a Click & Collect order?
Once a Click & Collect has been ordered and paid, we cannot change the contact information. But we have other options that may help you!
If you want to change the contact information because someone else is going to pick up the order, you can forward the order confirmation to the person who will be picking up the order.
If you wish to change the information for other reasons, you must cancel and reorder.
