To use this service, add your desired items to your cart, and select the 'Click & Collect' option at checkout. Choose your preferred collection point and time slot. You'll receive a confirmation email/SMS with collection details, and once your order is ready, you'll be notified to pick it up. Ensure you have your order confirmation with you. For any issues during collection, follow instructions provided in your notification or reach out to IKEA customer support.
