When will my items be assembled?
When you have made an appointment for assembly, our service partner will contact you by email approximately 2 days to a week after they have received the order. You must confirm the email.
Montera can be reached by phone: 915 04505 - Monday-Friday from 08:00-16:00. Currently, availability is reduced from 08:00-10:00 and 14:00-15:30.
If it concerns Luado, you can find the phone number of your fixer under "Details" on the job page or contact them via chat through the job page.
If your product breaks down during transport home or during assembly, you may be able to use "Oops insurance" within 14 days to have the product replaced free of charge, provided you were using your IKEA Family membership when you purchased the product. If your membership wasn't registered, unfortunately your insurance won't apply, but you can still consider paid repair or replacement options.
Use the pricing tool to get a preliminary quote for your used IKEA furniture. Take them to the nearest IKEA store within 30 days. We evaluate the furniture and confirm the final buy-back value. You will receive an IKEA voucher with the amount we buy back the furniture for. The voucher is valid for 3 years.
