What delivery and pick-up options does IKEA offer?
We offer home delivery with or without indoor service, express delivery in the local area, and postal parcels delivered to your door. You can also pick up your order at one of our stores, at an external pick-up point, or via Posten.
Delivery options
1. Home delivery
We deliver your order straight to your home.
- Curbside delivery
Your order is delivered to the first accessible point. This could be the curbside, entrance to a stairwell, property boundary, mainland ferry dock, passable road, or gate. - Indoor delivery
Delivery to a room of your choice on any floor. - Express indoor delivery
Delivered to a room of your choice on any floor within 1–2 business days.
2. Postal parcel delivery by Posten
Suitable for small and medium-sized orders. Maximum package dimensions: 120×60×60 cm and 33 kg.

Pick-up options
We have many external pick-up points around the country, in addition to our stores.
- Collect in store
Pick up your order at an IKEA store (or from a locker at Ringsaker and Leangen). - Click & Collect near you
You can collect your order at one of many external pick-up points around the country. The order will be delivered to the parking lot by Bring. - Collect at a Bring pick-up point
Larger orders can be collected at a Bring location near you. Select your pick-up time when booking. - Postal parcel to pick-up point
Suitable for packages up to 120×60×60 cm and 20 kg. Pick up your order at a post office, postal point in store, or from a parcel locker.
