Can IKEA pick up my old mattress if I want to return it?

It's important to IKEA that you're happy with your new mattress. If you discover within 90 that the mattress is too hard, too soft or just feels wrong, you can take it back and exchange it for another one.

Yes, you can! Order a return of old furniture when you buy a new one from us online. Upon delivery, we will bring your old furniture and recycle it for you. Applies to sofas, appliances, mattresses and beds. The service is not available in the IKEA app.

We accept returns of items in the store's exchange and return department.

If you want to change the delivery time or cancel your order, you can do so by logging into your profile, or from the ‘Track and manage my order’ page.

We offer home delivery with or without indoor service, express delivery in the local area, and postal parcels delivered to your door. You can also pick up your order at one of our stores, at an external pick-up point, or via Posten.

Select your preferred date and time when ordering, and we'll pack and send your items to your chosen pick-up point. This service is perfect for larger orders that can't be sent as a postal package. Remember to bring help if you've ordered heavy or bulky items.
