Can I modify or make changes to my order?

If you want to change the delivery time or cancel your order, you can do so by logging into your profile, or from the ‘Track and manage my order’ page.

If you want to add or remove something from an existing order, contact us and we will help you further. You can also return your order if you change your mind. Read more about exchanges and returns.

Note: It is not possible to return items to IKEA’s Planning and Ordering point or at a pick-up location.
