Can I refund a reward from IKEA Family?

You will get back the amount you paid and the reward will not be refunded. Points earned on the purchase will be deducted from your balance.

If you return items for which you have collected IKEA Family reward points, the corresponding number of points will automatically be deducted from your profile within 24-48 hours. Any rewards applied to the purchase will be forfeited.

After we have processed your refund, it normally takes 3-5 business days for the money to appear in your account. You can check the status of your refund by logging in to your IKEA Family account.

Points are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

In this situation, a reward will become available for use within a few minutes.

You can use product rewards online, in-store, or when you contact us. While food rewards are only valid at the store in our restaurants and bistros.
