How can I use an IKEA Family reward?

You can collect points online and in-stores, then use the points for a reward of your choice.

Rewards are automatically unlocked once you have accumulated enough points.

All IKEA Family members with a valid IKEA Family profile can collect points and unlock rewards.

Points are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Rewards from IKEA Family are part of the member benefits. If you want to opt out, you will need to delete your IKEA Family profile and will lose access to other IKEA Family member benefits.

You can use your points to choose a reward. The rewards that are unlocked depend on how many points you have, but are the same for all customers. We have various rewards available, so you can choose the one that best suits your needs.
