What happens to my IKEA Family points if I return items I've purchased?
If you return items for which you have collected IKEA Family reward points, the corresponding number of points will automatically be deducted from your profile within 24-48 hours. Any rewards applied to the purchase will be forfeited.
If you purchase items and accumulate points, but later return those items and receive a refund of the amount you paid, the corresponding number of points will automatically be deducted from your total score within 24-48 hours.
