What happens if my order is cancelled and it had a reward from IKEA Family applied?

To use the reward, you must be logged in with your IKEA Family account before making the purchase.

You can use product rewards online, in-store, or when you contact us. While food rewards are only valid at the store in our restaurants and bistros.

If you need to refund a reward, please contact our Customer Support.

If you return items for which you have collected IKEA Family reward points, the corresponding number of points will automatically be deducted from your profile within 24-48 hours. Any rewards applied to the purchase will be forfeited.

You can collect points online and in-stores, then use the points for a reward of your choice.

Book online and choose the pick-up location, date and time that suits you. We pick the goods at the nearest IKEA store and deliver them to the pick-up point. The driver will be ready when you arrive.
