What do I do if a product I have purchased has been recalled?
Your safety is our highest priority and sometimes products with defects are recalled, or those we do not believe meet our standards. Recalled products can be returned to any store without a receipt. If you are unable to visit, you can contact us for assistance.
Customer safety is the highest priority at IKEA, and all our products are tested and comply with current standards and legislation. Despite these testing standards, there are times when products must be recalled if there are concerns about customer safety.

Recalled products can be returned to any IKEA store or you can contact us, and we will assist you further. You do not need a receipt to return a recalled product. You will receive a refund for the product via credit card, debit card, or on a gift card.
