Can I leave a product review?
You are more than welcome to review our products! When you have purchased a product from us you will receive an email and the possibility to leave both ratings and reviews on the product page here on IKEA.no.
After purchase, you will receive an email invitation to write a review about a recently purchased product and give the product a rating of 1 - 5 stars. In the review, you can tell us what you think about the product and help other customers make better purchasing decisions while also helping us improve.
The overall rating of a product is determined by the number of stars given by our customers. You can find the rating of a product on our website under the product's name or under "Reviews" on the product page.
