Yes, you can! For products purchased from the Re-use Shop, you need the receipt or the price tag that was attached to the product to return it.
If you are an IKEA Family member and scanned your membership card at the time of purchase, all your IKEA receipts are stored digitally in your profile.
Returns require that the product is unused and has no visible damage or wear beyond what was present when you bought it.
Absolutely! You can return assembled furniture, but please note that you will receive 50% of the product price back. This applies to both currently assembled products and those that have been assembled previously.
