How do I cancel my order?
As long as we have not started picking your items, you can easily cancel your order yourself by logging into "My Page". If you have not created a profile with us, you can use the link sent to you with your order confirmation
If you cancel after we have started picking your items, or if production has started, we will charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the transport cost stated in your order confirmation. For cancellation of custom-made countertops and wall panels, 50% of the product price will be refunded.
If you have already paid for the order, the amount will be refunded to your account within a few days. If you chose IKEA invoice as the payment method, the invoice will be canceled.
If something is missing after delivery or Click & Collect at a warehouse or a pickup location, be sure to first check if your order is split into multiple deliveries, as the missing item may still be on its way. If you notice that items are still missing from your order, please contact customer service for further assistance.
