What is IKEA's return policy for custom kitchen countertops?

If you want to cancel your custom countertop order, you must do so before production starts to avoid a reduced refund.

While the Right of Cancellation Act doesn't allow returns of custom-made products, IKEA have chosen to go beyond the standard. You will therefore be refunded 50% of the cost of your custom-made worktop or wall plate if you do not want it after all.

Measurement services are non-refundable, unless you cancel at least 2 working days before the appointment. If you cancel after this time, you'll be charged 15% of the installation price. In zones 2 and 3, we'll also charge 15% of the attendance cost.
