Can I return products at IKEA Planning & Ordering Point or a Click & Collect location near me?

No, we do not accept returns at our Planning and Ordering points. If you wish to return items, you can easily do so at your nearest IKEA store.

If you want to change the delivery time or cancel your order, you can do so by logging into your profile, or from the ‘Track and manage my order’ page.
