Can I return products at IKEA Planning & Ordering Point or a Click & Collect location near me?

No, we do not accept returns at our Planning and Ordering points. If you wish to return items, you can easily do so at your nearest IKEA store.

At an IKEA Planning and order point, you can find inspiration, plan your kitchen or wardrobe and order products from IKEA.

Book online and choose the pick-up location, date and time that suits you. We pick the goods at the nearest IKEA store and deliver them to the pick-up point. The driver will be ready when you arrive.

With Click & Collect, you order online and we pick the items for you at the store. You choose from the available pick-up locations and times. We send you an SMS when your order is ready.

With Click & Collect near you, you don't need to go to the store. We pick your items and deliver them to a pick-up point nearby. You choose when to collect and meet the delivery van at your chosen pick-up point.

Buy the items on ikea.no and pick them up yourself when they are ready.
