How do I use an IKEA Family reward online?
To use the reward, you must be logged in with your IKEA Family account before making the purchase.
Make sure you've logged in to your IKEA Family account and selected a reward via your profile pages.
If you shop online:
In the summary, you can click on "Apply discount code or coupon" to see the selected reward. Tap the switch below the reward to apply it to your purchase. If you don't see the reward, you can enter the 16-digit code you find under the selected reward on your profile page. You should also have received this by email when you chose the reward.
If you're shopping in the IKEA app:
At checkout enter your unique 16-digit code under the field "Do you have a discount code?" – You can find this code in the rewards section by clicking on the selected reward.
Please note that you can only use one reward per transaction. Rewards can also be used in conjunction with other IKEA product promotions.
