I have received an invoice for a new delivery - Why is that?
If you receive an invoice for a new delivery attempt, this explains why and what the fee covers.
When things don't go according to plan and we're unable to deliver your items as agreed, you'll need to pay for a new delivery attempt. The price is calculated as 50% of the shipping cost you paid on your original order. This is specified in your order confirmation. We never charge more than 4000 NOK. Please note that the invoice is sent separately and may arrive several weeks after delivery. Read more in our terms and conditions here.
Of course, this does not apply if the reason why the delivery/pick-up did not go as planned was Bring's or IKEA's fault.
