How does business parcel delivery work?
Order online and select "Business delivery" when you shop for at least 99,-. Posten delivers the parcel to your business during daytime. You get an SMS with tracking information. You can choose contactless delivery if you prefer.
How to order
- Add the items to your shopping bag and go to checkout.
- Are you an IKEA Family member and logged in? You will automatically get a lower delivery price when you shop for more than 299,-.
- Select "Business delivery" when the order value is at least 99,- and the items are available for parcel delivery.
- Enter the delivery address and complete the payment.
- You will get an order confirmation by email with estimated delivery time.
Good to know
- The delivery time shown is only an estimate.
- Posten will contact you with a more precise time.
- Business parcels are delivered during daytime only.
We prepare your parcel
- When the parcel is on its way, Posten sends you tracking information by SMS.
- You can track the parcel on Posten's website (in Norwegian) or via "Track your order" on our website.
Delivery
- Posten delivers to your business during daytime and sends an SMS before delivery with a more precise time.
- Cannot receive the parcel? You can choose contactless delivery in the Posten app or on Posten's website.
- Posten places the parcel in a safe place. Note that this does not apply to places where Posten does not have access, for example fenced business areas or office buildings with locked gates.
- Cannot find the option in the app? You can change it via Posten's tracking page.
- If you have not chosen contactless delivery and Posten cannot deliver the parcel, it goes to the nearest pickup point. You will get an SMS when it is ready for pickup.
- Do you want a new delivery? Arrange this directly with Posten. New delivery can be ordered and paid for in the Posten app or via Posten's website.
After delivery
- Do you discover an error, or is something damaged or missing? Contact us and we will solve it!
