A light push on the top of the brush is all that is needed to dispense the washing-up liquid directly onto your dirty dishes.
The valve in the brush’s holder prevents the washing-up liquid from leaking out.

Effective bristles that can fart soapYouI recently purchased this dishwashing brush with high hopes for its integrated soap dispensing feature. While the concept of having detergent readily available at the push of a button is excellent in theory, the practical execution leaves much to be desired.
The primary issue lies with the pressure required to operate the mechanism. It takes a considerable amount of force to actually release the soap. When the detergent is finally expelled, it does not come out in a controlled manner. Instead, it releases at a surprisingly high pressure, almost like a spray.
This high-pressure release often causes the soap to backfire, splashing onto the user and the surrounding counter rather than landing on the dishes where it is needed. This makes the process of washing dishes quite messy and inefficient.
Overall, while the brush itself is sturdy and the bristles are effective for scrubbing, the soap dispensing mechanism needs significant improvement to be truly useful. I would only recommend this product if you are prepared to deal with the unpredictable soap spray.
