1. Saiz tempat duduk blh laras tapi sedikit pendek bg orang yang 165cm keatas, peha akan tergantung. .
2. Headrest kalau boleh laras angle lagi cun. .
Almost perfectNikGot a few features which are novel such as able to lock different back rest angle, adjustable arm rest, adequate head rest. However the bottom seat is small. Thought I installed it correctly but there's more than a palm width gap between back of my knees and the seat edge. The thigh feels unsupported.

The seat cushion is shaped per hips, allowing better support.
The head support is ok but I prefer to have neck support personally. There would be issue to position my head on the head support if I tie a ponytail or using a big hair clip.
The castors are hard to roll over the floor, which is deemed as safety feature.
The adjustable arm rests are just nice for my arms.
