Perfect for frying eggsNadzrinI’m single (getting married on Sunday, though!). I live alone. I eat eggs. This is perfect- works with the cheaper electric cookers, small enough to fry 1-2 eggs, reduces the amount of oil I need to use and makes washing a whole of a lot quicker. This should be six stars.5

What is sol-gel ceramic non-stick coating?

Sol-gel non-stick is often called ceramic coating and is an increasingly common replacement for other non-stick coatings in frying pans. It comprises mostly of silica and is created by applying a gel-like solution to the product and drying it in an oven. The result is a hard, glossy surface with non-stick properties. Sol-gel can be produced in different colours, it withstands high heat, is easy to use and clean – and allows cooking with little or no fat.
